The couch pulls out into a bed to sleep two. The dining table lowers into a bed for two kids or one adult. The stove and oven work great on the propane, as well as a great heater. Two propane tanks are included. Original cute icebox. Water system works great--new ten gallon water tank. You can hook directly to a hose or fill up the tank. Has a good battery to power the lights.
