I have another trailer ready to go--it is bigger than what I typically do, but will people working from home and wanting to to more local travel, I felt that there is more demand for a little bigger size. This trailer is about 20 ft. long. 8 ft. tall and 7.5 ft wide. It has a huge front living area with a u-shaped sectional with table. The couches pull out into beds. It has a dining area with a table that makes into a bed. There is also a fold-out bunk bed over the couch. There are 4 beds. You could sleep 4-6 very comfortably. And up to 8 if you have little kids. The cushions on the bunk bed are original and have not been recovered. It has a full kitchen, a big bathroom, and LOTS of storage. Fridge works great. The stove and oven run well on propane. The hot water heater works great. This would be a great trailer to live and/or work in. All new upholstery, new curtains, and pillows. Fun vintage/modern decor is all included. This even has a TV with a built in DVD player. The bathroom has a sink, huge closet, shower and bathtub! Ready to hit the road with 4 new tires and all new bearings packed and greased. This is a sturdy trailer and solid frame. Trailer had very minimal water damage. It has been fixed and resealed. Roof and windows have all been re-sealed. I included some "before" pics so that you can see the transformation. I love how this one turned out.
I have had so much interest in vintage trailers the last few months. It has been exciting to see how people are turning to camping and traveling locally. There is so much to explore near us. Also, many people are looking for a "home office". This would be perfect for parking in your backyard or driveway.
I am going to list two separate prices for this trailer. The exterior paint is original, vintage and in pretty good shape. I will sell it with original exterior for $12,000 OBO. Or I can do a custom paint job (white with a stripe in your choice of color) on the exterior and sell for $14,500 OBO
