1972 Monitor--SOLD!

I have an update for you on another trailer. This is a solidly built Monitor. Several of you have asked and are looking for a trailer with a shower and a toilet, well here it is!! It is hard to find both in these small trailers. We accomplished a lot in the fall, but as winter hit, we have been slowed in our progress. I am hoping that we have a few warm days in the next few months and that I can get it finished up. Here are some photos. I am also willing to sell "as-is" if you want to save some money and finish it up on your own.

The exterior has been re-painted all white with original gold stripe and fun vintage green/blue accent design. It has new tires and bearings greased and packed. It has a few dings, but in pretty good shape for its age. The roof and windows have been sealed. Fun decals have also been added. The interior has a nice lay-out. The dinette it towards the front. The table will drop into a bed for one adult or two kids. It has lots of storage up front--above the dinette and under the seats. The couch pulls out to a bed for two. The floor is new--it is a gray wood-looking vinyl. The bathroom shower area has new cedar siding. I still need to seal and waterproof this area. There was some minimal water damage around some windows. I have re-placed the wood with ship-lap that has been painted white. (I don't have any good photos of this yet. The trailer is under a cover--so once it warms up and stops snowing, I can get some better photos.) Lots of storage in the back closets and very roomy. Still working on deep cleaning and putting the final touches on it. The cushions will be navy with white polka-dots. White curtains. I will decorate with fun vintage accents and pillows. I am hoping to have this trailer ready mid-March. Please let me know if you are interested. In the spring, this will go quickly--especially since it has a shower and a toilet.

I will sell now for $7000 or when it is finished for $8900. The trailer is located 20 miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Many buyers have used UShip and been very happy with their fast, reliable service.

You can call, email, or text for more information. If you want to purchase now, give me a call, and I can go over the details of what still needs to be done. It is solid and road worthy now it just needs some cosmetic things finished up.
