I have another sweet little trailer for sale. It is a 1966 Shasta Compact. It is 10 ft. long (plus 3 ft. with the tongue), 6.5 ft wide, and 7.5 ft. tall. The interior height is just over 6 ft. It weights 1200 lbs. Light-weight and easy to tow with almost any vehicle. It is small, but spacious.
The exterior is solid and has a new fresh paint job. Bright white, with vintage green accent stripes and fun decals. The tires and good and bearings have been recently re-packed. The tires and new near and it has a great spare. New diamond plate on the front. Roof has been re-sealed as well as the windows. No known leaks.
The interior is beautiful. The two couches both pull-out to sleep two adults or lots of kids. There is also a sturdy bunk-bed that would sleep one adult or two kids. (The bunk pad is missing). It has lots of storage with a full length closet, several drawers and a few other cupboards. There was a bit of water damage around the vent--the top vent cover was missing when I bought it. I re-placed the vent with a new one and fixed the minimal water damage. The floor is a luxury vinyl "wood-look"--easy to clean and maintain. The cushions have been recovered with a sturdy gray upholstery fabric. It is thick and durable. Stove/oven are propane. Water system works well. Icebox "works", too. :) There is normal wear and tear for something that is over 50 years old. There is a dent about 5 inches long on the side opposite the door. It is pretty minor.
It will be sold fully decorated, including new curtains, upholstery, and pillows. This is a perfect size for so many things! It will sleep 2-4 and is very roomy. It has a portable table that you can set up inside or outside. The table fits in the closet for easy storage. The two couches that face each other allow you to easily seat 6+ people. Super fun for an Airbnb, guesthouse, office, rental, photobooth, business, and family camping.
There is not a toilet, but a porta-potty could be put in the closet.
