1978 Burro--SOLD

This sweet little Burro is for sale. We have named her "Pearl". This one has become a quick favorite! The wonderful light-weight Burro travel trailers are made of a double shell construction with foil backed fiberglass insulation between the inner and outer shell providing protection from moisture and temperatures. The exterior is rivet less to eliminate leaks in the fiberglass; which is also easy to clean and maintain. The Burro’s cupboards, countertops, seats and storage areas are molded into its shell. They are made with a fire retardant resin with a glossy white finish that is easy to clean. Professional vintage green paint job with fun decals. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing this paint job is!! This is a very simple trailer. The propane tank and connector/regulator are new and run a two burner stove top. Fresh water tank and new hand water pump--work great. Ice box is clean and will keep food cold for days with a little piece of dry ice. New luxury vinyl floor. New professionally recovered cushions--navy and gray upholstery. Cute pillows, curtains, and fun vintage decor--National Parks prints, thermos, plants and accessories--so fun and ready to go!

The trailer is small, but roomy inside. The table area has a u-shaped couch that makes into a bed for two. The couch at the front converts into a bunk bed--probably best for children. A small adult could fit on the lower bunk, but it is small. A porta-potty is also included and stores neatly under the font couch.

The trailer is 13.5 ft. long from tongue to bumper. It is 6.5 ft wide and the interior is 9.5 ft long. The dealer that I bought it from said is was only 850 lbs! Add a little more with your gear and decor--but this could be towed with nearly anything! You don't need a new vehicle to tow this one. Tires on trailer are new near--a spare is also included. There are some minor imperfections--a scratch on the top (pulled it out of garage and the door wasn't open all the way--so mad!), fiberglass patch on the back--very solid--not noticeable, two different lights on the back--some added character, the windows are plexiglass and are scratched up. These are all cosmetic and in no way affect how the trailer functions. 2" hitch and four pin flat for the electrical hook-up. You may want a drop hitch to haul this if you have a big vehicle.

Trailer is 40 years old! It does have some wear and tear and is sold "as-is", but is great for its age. You will love taking this on many fun adventures. Great for "Sisters on the Fly", Airbnb, Rental, business traveling booth, camping with friends, backyard guesthouse. Make your dreams come true! Don't let this one pass by--these little ones are really hard to find!

Staging items used in the exterior photo are not included. You get to add your own! One thing that I love about this trailer is how SIMPLE it is. There are not a lot of things to break or go wrong. :)

Trailer is located 20 miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah.
