We got this little gem while visiting my parents. The previous owners had fixed it up a lot. So, we put a few up-grades into it and painted and decorated, added some decals and finishing touches. It always costs more than you think it will and takes more hours than you estimate. It turned out great. It is a small thing, for sure. The kids have enjoyed being out by me and since it wasn't a complete gut job it was really fun from the beginning. Here are some of the imperfections. There are some dents on the door. Some leaking caused the walls in the back by the bunk-bed to ripple. Damage was VERY minimal--not worth pulling out the whole wall. Also, the back under the window is some dis-coloration and bowing. It is now very noticeable and covered with the couch cushion. The photos below show everything. Let me know if you have any other questions.
There is a dark mark on the floor where the spare tire has been stored. I have scrubbed it and no luck yet on getting it up. I will keep trying. There are a few minor dings on the exterior. Also, a few white patches on the back and top. Everything has been re-sealed and caulked. There are not leaks, so it is ready to go.
