1969 Chateau. This is a great little vintage gem.
Nice floor plan and set-up. Unique set-up with kitchen at the front. Very roomy and cozy. The interior has some paneling that has been re-placed and painted white. The walls were in good condition, but VERY faded, so we painted them a soft white. The stained wood cabinets are original and in great condition. We cleaned and oiled them and they turned out amazing. The kitchen back-splash and counter-top are original—does have some wear—but adds LOTS of charm and vintage vibe!! New flooring.
The trailer sleeps 4-6 on a pull-out couch, roomy bunk-bed, and drop down dinette.
The seats cushions have been professionally recovered. Dark blue--very classy and timeless.
Original stove, fridge, sink, heater.
Complete bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower.
Recently sealed roof. No known leaks.
Amazing décor with vintage style—all included with sale of trailer.
Lots of storage areas—closet for hanging items.
Interior and exterior lights in great working order.
2 propane tanks.
Good tires. Pulls and handles well. Single axle. 17 feet long plus 3 feet with the tongue. 7.5 feet wide. Approx. 3500 lbs.

This is a GREAT trailer. You will love the look and feel and the memories that you will make!! ALL DÉCOR IS INCLUDED. Most is securely attached and safe for travel, but I do put the loose items—cups, lantern, etc. in one of the drawers for travel. Some normal wear and tear for something almost 50 years old—sold as is.
