Here are some photos of the couch pulled out into a bed. It could be permanently set-up and left as a bed--and still be used as a couch. (50" x 82"--this is the cushion size--there is extra space on each side--if you wanted to put a mattress in). It is very easy and simple to pull out. Great and comfortable. The bunk-bed is VERY roomy and sturdy. (48" x 90"--it is longer than the main bed below, because there is a storage cabinet on the bottom level). I have been up there to paint and clean--so it holds at least 150 lbs. :) The cushion on the bunk-bed is about 2"memory foam--it is not new, but in good condition. The ladder is awesome. It attaches to the wall and the bed to keep little ones from falling out. Easy to set-up and down.
