So, here are some before and after photos--the before pics make me want to cry--it was SO bad. in these first few, you will notice the dinette table and kitchen counter-top are original--along with the oven. I did paint the stove-top and fridge--they had lots of wear. We ended up painting everything and replacing the floor. I also painted the hinges and hardware. So it looks very different. Once we were done, it was hard to remember how bad it really was--I guess that is a good thing! It was totally worth the effort. Once you start on these trailers, it is very rewarding--but risky--I ended up cutting my head open. I was out working and stepped out of the trailer, just as a big gust of wind blew the ladder right into my face. It was pretty bad. Katherine was there to help me and I ended up bleeding a lot and getting several stitches--you really end up putting everything into these little trailers! No pain, no gain, right?!? We LOVE this little beauty! Just need to name her.
