Happy Birthday to me. I am officially older than this trailer. We had a great day and went to pick up this little piece of junk. We got it for $300. Still don't know if that was a good deal for us or for him. It does have potential--it is just hard to see right now. There is extensive water damage and lots of the paneling will need to be replaced. The floor also sags in the back. Let's see what we can do with her. Stay tuned. (I am excited!)
